Wide Opening, Large-Aperture Panel

A strong 60×60×2 mm profile frame combined with a 4 mm Single panel at 55×200 mm apertures closes vehicle openings from 2000 mm to 6000 mm, and does so with a clean look and lasting strength. The centre lock secures the closing, while the polyester coating over galvanising keeps it durable outdoors.

Detailed Description

The Single Double Leaf Gate is a double leaf gate system that presents an open, modern appearance through its use of the 55×200mm large-aperture Single panel. It accommodates every scale of vehicle access with width options ranging from 2000mm to 6000mm.

A 60×60×2mm gate frame profile and 40×40×1.5mm channel profile form a robust frame; the 30×20×1.5mm horizontal profile supports leaf stability. Gate infill is a 4mm Single panel with a 55×200mm mesh aperture.

Height can be ordered in 6 options: 1700, 1900, 2000, 2010, 2510 and 3010mm. Polyester coating over galvanising delivers a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant surface. As the same profile system is shared with the Single Single Leaf model, the two achieve full aesthetic consistency when used together.

Single Panel Double-Leaf Gate Manufacturer

Single Double Leaf Gate is manufactured directly by Konak Tel Çit at its factory in Aksaray; not outsourced, but produced in house from start to finish. Two single-panel leaves are welded to a hinged frame; hinges/rails, lock and closing hardware are fitted with care, then finished with galvanizing plus powder coating.

Quality assurance: production certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and CE; every batch is checked for weld strength, mechanism and coating.
