Sharp Blades, Linear Barrier
Sharp 0.50 mm blades mounted at 25.5 mm spacing along Ø2.50 mm galvanised wire form an impenetrable barrier along a straight line. Fast mounting on top of posts or walls, economical deterrence over long runs.

Wire & Sheet Procurement
Ø2.50 mm galvanised or stainless steel wire and 0.50 mm sheet are sourced from suppliers conforming to EN 10244 standard.

Galvanising / Stainless Processing
Wire is galvanised with 100 or 275 g/m² zinc coating; for the stainless option, grade 304 or 430 sheet and wire are used.

Blade / Barb Forming
Sheet metal is pressed into sharp blade form on CNC presses. For barbed wire, pairs of barbs are fixed to the twisted body wire at 120° angles.

Wire Assembly
Blades are clipped and compressed onto the wire at set intervals. For the concertina type, wire is formed into Ø450 / 600 / 900 mm spiral coils.

Quality Control
Every roll is tested for blade angle, barb spacing (75±5 mm), coating thickness, and tensile strength (1600 N/mm²).

What Is Razor Wire / Barbed Wire?
Razor wire is a high-deterrent security wire system produced by fixing sharp blade-shaped sheet-metal clips (razors) to galvanised or stainless steel wire. Barbed wire consists of sharp barbs placed at regular intervals along a twisted double-strand wire body. Both systems are used to deter unauthorised access attempts and to reinforce security perimeters.
Type Options
- Flat Wrap Razor Wire: Blades along a single straight line; for horizontal mounting on top of posts or walls. Heights: 450 / 600 / 900 mm.
- Concertina Razor Wire: Ø450 / 600 / 900 mm spiral coils; placed on top of walls or spread across the ground to create an additional barrier. Heights: 450 / 600 / 900 mm.
- Barbed Wire: Two standards — Metric type (Ø1.70/1.50 mm) and Conventional type (Ø2.50/2.00 mm). Barbs are positioned at 75±5 mm spacing at 120° angles.
Material Options
- Galvanised Steel Wire: 100 or 275 g/m² zinc coating; economical and long-lasting for standard outdoor applications.

Galvanized or stainless razor tape is formed helically or flat around a steel core wire; on barbed wire, evenly spaced double-twist barbs are produced.
