Wire Procurement
Ø4.00–8.00 mm high-tensile steel wires are sourced to EN 10025 standard; tensile strength and hardness tests are conducted at incoming inspection.

Profile Forming
The top rail is formed to the wave, arch, tulip, or custom profile geometry on CNC bending and forming lines; each panel is checked within dimensional tolerance.

Spot Welding
Horizontal and vertical wires are fixed at every intersection on automated spot-welding lines; weld strength is tested on every batch.

Surface Pre-treatment
Prior to powder coating, acid pickling, phosphating, and chromium-free pre-coating are applied to ensure long-term paint adhesion and corrosion resistance.

Electrostatic Powder Coating
Panels are coated with electrostatic powder paint cured in an oven at 180–200 °C, delivering UV resistance, scratch resistance, and colour stability.

Quality Control & Packaging
Mesh tolerance, weld strength, coating thickness, and colour conformity are inspected; panels are packaged with a test certificate per panel.
