Diamond-shaped tips and a straight or curved top line soften the hard look of a security fence. The coating of galvanising, nano coating and polyester powder protects the steel against corrosion for a long time.

Production Process

Integrated production from raw material to quality control

  1. 01

    Steel Wire

    The panels use steel wire with a carbon content chosen for high impact resistance during drawing and no cracking when bent.

  2. 02

    Double Panel Welding

    Twin horizontal wires and a vertical wire between them are welded in a 6×5×6 or 8×6×8 mm arrangement; the ornamental top is formed to size.

  3. 03

    Galvanising

    A zinc layer protects the steel. Even if the surface is scratched, the zinc corrodes first and keeps protecting the steel.

  4. 04

    Nano Coating

    A nano coating fills the microscopic pores of the galvanised surface and strengthens paint adhesion.

  5. 05

    Electrostatic Powder Coating

    Polyester powder is applied with an electrostatic charge and cured at high temperature, leaving a pore-free finish in black, anthracite, green or custom RAL.
