Steel is first protected by hot-dip galvanising (EN ISO 1461, 275–350 g/m² zinc). On top of this, UV-resistant polymer powder coating to EN 13438 standard is applied electrostatically. The result: a fence that does not rust, does not fade, and requires no annual maintenance.

3D Panel Fence is manufactured directly by Konak Tel Çit at its factory in Aksaray — not outsourced, but produced in house from start to finish. The line wires are first shaped into the characteristic V-bend, then spot-welded automatically at every intersection to yield flat, distortion-free panels. Hot-dip galvanizing is followed by coloured PVC or electrostatic powder coating for double protection.

The 3D panels we manufacture at Konak Tel Çit improve bending and impact resistance by up to 40% compared to flat 2D panels, thanks to their horizontal V-crimp profile. Because a considerably more rigid structure is achieved at the same wire diameter and height, fewer intermediate posts are needed on site — reducing both installation time and total cost. Aesthetically, the three-dimensional surface texture also offers a modern architectural language in place of the monotonous appearance of a 2D panel. Unless there is a tight short-term budget constraint, we always recommend the 3D panel: maintenance and replacement costs over the life of the project remain well below those of a 2D panel.
Our standard recommendations by application type are as follows: 1000–1500 mm for villa and housing estate gardens, 1500–2000 mm for school and institutional perimeters, 2000 mm for industrial and logistics facilities, and 3000–4000 mm for sports grounds. In areas with a climbing risk, we add supplementary security wire or razor wire above the 2000 mm panel. 4 mm wire is sufficient for garden, residential, and light commercial applications; its lighter weight also facilitates installation. 5 mm wire is the preferred choice for medium-intensity-use locations such as schools, hospitals, and shopping centres; it offers noticeably greater resistance to vandalism. 6 mm wire is suitable for industrial facilities, warehouses, energy infrastructure, and security-critical projects, providing maximum resistance to cutting and bending attempts. The wires used in Konak Tel Çit 3D panels are hot-dip galvanised and reach a zinc coating thickness of 275–350 g/m² to EN ISO 1461 standard. This value is 3–5 times that of the electrolytic galvanising commonly available on the market. They can be used without rusting for 15 years in coastal and seaside salt-atmosphere conditions, and 25 years in low-humidity, low-salt inland environments. When electrostatic powder coating is added, the zinc layer is also protected from mechanical impacts, extending the total service life beyond 30 years.
The electrostatic powder coating applied in our factory contains UV-resistant polymer paint certified to EN 13438 standard. In 10-year field tests under intense sunlight and humidity conditions, colour change remained at ΔE < 2 — an imperceptible deviation to the naked eye. The most stable colours are RAL 6005 (dark green) and RAL 9005 (black); RAL 7016 (anthracite grey) is also popular in architectural projects. We can also produce custom RAL colours outside the standard catalogue; a minimum order quantity applies for this option.
The reference post spacing for our standard 2500 mm wide panels is 2500 mm; this dimension optimises the clamp installation allowance and horizontal tension. We recommend reducing the spacing to 2000 mm in high-wind coastal areas or for applications exceeding 2000 mm in height. The Konak Tel Çit team applies two different methods depending on the project. In stepped installation, each panel is positioned according to the step height of the ground gradient; the appearance is stepped but forms an absolutely secure fence line. In raked (rampé) installation, the clamp angle is matched to the gradient of the land; the aesthetic looks neater but gaps at the base may appear when the ground slope exceeds 15°. A site survey or sharing a gradient sketch is sufficient to decide which method is appropriate.
Our standard accessories cover 90° corners, 45° and 120° open-angle turns, and U-turns. The reinforced corner posts used at corners and turning points are secured with double clamps, ensuring continuous tension transfer. Where gaps are less than 2000 mm wide, we manufacture split short panels; we can produce these down to a minimum of 500 mm. If you share a project plan or site layout, we can draw up the accessories list and calculate the cost in advance.
Thanks to the dual-layer galvanised + electrostatic powder coating protection on Konak Tel Çit 3D panels, routine maintenance is reduced to virtually zero. An annual visual inspection — checking for damaged panels, loose clamps, or early signs of rust — is sufficient. At coastal facilities, an annual rinse with fresh water extends the service life significantly. We recommend additional inspection in areas with high irrigation or chemical exposure; our technical support line is free of charge for such situations.
Yes, the modular system design was developed precisely for this convenience. The clamps of the damaged panel are removed and the new panel is fitted; adjacent panels and posts are unaffected in any way. We keep the 2500 mm standard panel size permanently in stock at Konak Tel Çit; spare parts can be found even years after the factory has closed. For overseas projects, we ship one or more spare panels as reserve stock to optimise freight.
There is no minimum order quantity for stock products; we serve customers who need just a single panel. For orders in custom colours (RAL outside the standard catalogue) or non-standard sizes, our minimum production condition is 1 pallet (approximately 200 panels). For export projects, our team prepares the most suitable packaging plan to optimise the container. For large project quotations, a per-metre and height breakdown allows us to submit a price offer within the day.
The anticipated lead time is 3–5 working days for stock products, 7–10 working days for standard production orders, and 10–15 working days for orders requiring custom colours or dimensions. Konak Tel Çit delivers to the door across Turkey via its own distribution network and contracted logistics companies. For export orders, we can work on FOB İzmir, CIF, or DAP terms; customs documents and certificates of origin can also be provided when required.
The written warranty we provide at Konak Tel Çit is: 10 years for galvanised coating, 5 years for electrostatic powder coating, and 2 years for structural integrity of weld joints and panel geometry. The warranty is valid under conditions of use compliant with EN 10244 (galvanised wire) and EN 13438 (powder coating) standards; intentional damage, vandalism, and natural disasters are excluded from coverage.
