Steel Profile Procurement
40×60 mm hollow section steel is sourced to EN 10025 standard in 1.5 mm or 2 mm wall thickness; dimensional and strength tests are applied at goods-in inspection.

Cutting & Drilling
Profile is cut to the required height on CNC cutting lines; precise CNC drilling is applied for flat-bar connection holes and post cap.

Galvanising
The post is galvanised by electro-galvanising or hot-dip galvanising; the surface is smoothed and phosphated for adhesion prior to powder coating.

Nano Coating
A nano polymer coating is applied over the galvanised surface; micro-pores are sealed to strengthen the corrosion barrier and improve powder-coat adhesion.

Electrostatic Powder Coating
The post is coated with electrostatic polyester powder at 180–200 °C in a curing oven; UV resistance, scratch resistance, and impact resistance are achieved.

Dimensional tolerance, hole positions, coating thickness, and colour accuracy are inspected; posts are dispatched in protective-wrapped packaging.
