Steel Profile Supply
Box sections of 50×50, 60×60 and 40×60 mm are supplied to EN 10219 in 1.5 mm or 2 mm wall thickness, with dimensions and strength verified at goods-in.

Cutting and Drilling
The profile is cut to the required height and drilled for clamp, clip and cap connections.

Galvanising
The post is galvanised by hot dipping or electrogalvanising, forming the basic barrier against corrosion.

PVC or Powder Coating
On request the post receives a PVC coating or an electrostatic polyester powder coating cured at 180 to 200 °C, giving UV resistance and colour stability.

Quality Control
Dimensional tolerance, hole position, coating thickness and colour match are inspected.

The posts are strapped with protective banding, palletised and dispatched.

What is a Box Profile Pole?
Box profile pole is the main carrier element with a square section to which the panels or mesh wire are fixed in panel fence and wire mesh systems. 50×50 mm, 60×60 mm and 40×60 mm profile options, with 1.5 mm and 2 mm wall thickness; The appropriate stiffness class can be selected according to panel height, span and wind load. Galvanized or PVC coated surface provides corrosion resistance and color harmony to the fence line.

50×50 mm or 60×60 mm?
50×50 mm profile offers economical and sufficient carrying capacity on standard residential, garden and commercial fence lines. 60×60 mm profile; It is preferred in high panel (over 2000 mm), wide span, strong wind load and industrial/public projects. 2 mm wall thickness increases rigidity and impact resistance in both sections.
Coating and Color Options
Galvanized coating basically protects the steel against corrosion; The PVC coated option provides both an additional barrier and an aesthetic surface compatible with the panel fence color. Standard colors are RAL 6005 Green, RAL 7037 Gray and RAL 9005 Black; RAL application specific to the project color is also possible.
