Production Process

Integrated production from raw material to quality control

  1. 01

    Steel Profile

    50×50 and 60×60 mm box sections are sourced in 1.5 mm or 2 mm wall thickness and cut to size.

  2. 02

    Drilling and Preparation

    Connection holes are drilled and the post is prepared for coating.

  3. 03

    Hot-Dip Galvanising

    The posts are hot-dip galvanised; the zinc layer protects the steel against corrosion.

  4. 04

    Electrostatic Powder Coating

    Polyester powder is applied with an electrostatic charge and cured in an oven, in black, anthracite, green or custom RAL.

  5. 05

    Inspection and Dispatch

    Profile size, wall thickness and coating are checked, and the posts are packed for dispatch.

The box section post is a square steel post that gives fence systems a strong and good-looking load-bearing structure. Its hot-dip galvanised and electrostatically powder-coated body stands up well to harsh outdoor conditions and rust.

Choosing the Section and Wall Thickness

A 50×50 mm section is enough for residential and standard-height panel fences. A 60×60 mm section is preferred for tall panels, wide spans and lines exposed to high wind loads. A 2 mm wall increases rigidity and impact resistance.
