The specially formed top cap and ornamental profile of the decorative post distinguish it visually from a standard rectangular post. Profile Procurement
High-tensile steel profile is sourced to EN 10025 standard; dimensional and strength tests are applied at goods-in inspection.

Decorative Forming
Profile is shaped with the top cap form and decorative details in specialist dies; flat-bar connection holes are drilled by CNC.

Galvanising
The post is galvanised by electro-galvanising or hot-dip galvanising; a phosphate pre-treatment is applied before powder coating.

Nano Coating
A nano polymer coating is applied over the galvanised surface; micro-pores are sealed to strengthen the corrosion barrier.

Electrostatic Powder Coating
The post is coated with electrostatic polyester powder at 180–200 °C in a curing oven; UV resistance and colour stability are achieved.

Quality Control & Packaging
Dimensions, hole positions, coating thickness, and colour accuracy are inspected; posts are dispatched in protective-wrapped packaging.

4 Layers of Protection. From Steel Core to Powder Topcoat.

What Is a Decorative Post?
A decorative post is a fence post with a specially formed top cap and ornamental profile, distinct from a standard rectangular hollow section. When combined with decorative security fence and 3D panel fence systems, it keeps the system visually consistent and sits well in the landscape. It is the preferred choice for residential, villa, school, park, and public area landscaping projects.

4-Layer Coating System
The coating system on the decorative post comprises four separate protective layers:
- Steel Core: High-tensile steel profile, the structural foundation of the post.
- Galvanised: Primary corrosion barrier; protects the steel against moisture and oxidation.
- Nano Coating: Seals micro-pores in the galvanised surface; enhances barrier effectiveness and improves powder-coat adhesion.
- Electrostatic Polyester Powder Coating: UV-resistant, scratch- and impact-resistant outer surface; colour stability maintained for many years.
Colour Options
Standard colours are RAL 6005 Green, RAL 7016 Anthracite, and RAL 9005 Black; custom RAL colours are also available. Specify the colour code when ordering posts to match your panel fence colour.
