2D Double Gate

Single- and double-leaf garden gate compatible with the 2D Double Panel Fence system. A robust, long-lasting, and secure access point combining a 60×60 mm or 80×80 mm post profile, 40×60 mm leaf frame, and Locinox lock/hinge hardware. 1000 mm clear opening for the single leaf; 2000–5000 mm for the double leaf.

Production Process

Integrated production from raw material to quality control

  1. 01

    Profile Sourcing

    The 60×60 mm or 80×80 mm post profile and 40×60 mm leaf frame profile are sourced to EN 10025 standard; dimensional and tensile strength tests are applied at goods-in inspection.

  2. 02

    Frame Cutting & Welding

    The leaf frame is prepared to the required dimensions on CNC cutting lines; corner joints are secured by full-penetration welding or mechanical fixing.

  3. 03

    Panel Integration

    The 6×5×6 or 8×6×8 double panel is secured inside the frame using a flat-bar and clip system; panel alignment and aperture tolerance are checked.

  4. 04

    Surface Pre-treatment

    The gate frame and panel undergo acid pickling, phosphating, and chrome-free pre-coating; ensuring long-term powder paint adhesion.

  5. 05

    Electrostatic Powder Coating

    The gate is coated with electrostatic polyester powder paint in an oven at 180–200 °C; UV resistance and colour stability are ensured.

  6. 06

    Locinox Installation & Quality Control

    Locinox lock and hinge are fitted; gate opening angle, lock operation, coating thickness, and dimensional tolerance are inspected.

The Pro Double Leaf securely closes large openings with its 80×80×2.5 mm heavy post, 8×6×8 double panel, and Locinox centre lock + bottom bolt combination. Adapts from a factory entrance to a car park.

What Is the 2D Double Gate?

The 2D Double Gate is a garden and perimeter gate with a steel frame infilled with welded double panel (6×5×6 or 8×6×8). It joins the 2D Double Panel Fence system in colour and profile harmony, forming a compatible access point along the fence line. It is designed with the flexibility to serve both as a residential garden entrance and as a main gate for an industrial facility.

Locinox Lock and Hinge System

Locinox is a Belgian hardware brand designed specifically for professional fence gates. All Locinox products are manufactured from 316 stainless steel or glass fibre-reinforced polyamide; fully resistant to outdoor conditions. The lock cylinder system can be configured to close without a key or to lock from either direction.

Coating

The gate frame and infill are galvanised and coated with electrostatic polyester powder paint: standard colours RAL 6005 Green, RAL 7016 Anthracite, or RAL 9005 Black; custom RAL colour available on request. Aesthetic continuity is achieved by selecting the same colour family as the 2D Double Panel Fence system.

2D Double Gate is manufactured directly by Konak Tel Çit at its factory in Aksaray — not outsourced, but produced in house from start to finish. A 2D double panel leaf is welded to a box-profile frame; hinges/rails, lock and closing hardware are fitted with care, then finished with galvanizing plus powder coating.

The Pro type uses a heavier 80×80×3 mm post and 8×6×8 panel; recommended for industrial, public sector, and high-security projects. The leaf profile is 40×60×2 mm in both.
Locinox locks are manufactured from 316 stainless steel or glass fibre-reinforced polyamide; fully resistant to moisture, salt, and UV for years. They offer functional features such as self-closing, locking from either direction, and a cylinder adapter. They are noticeably superior to standard locks in terms of service life and reliable operation.
The Pro Double Leaf supports clear openings from 2000 mm up to 5000 mm. For openings exceeding 5000 mm, a sliding gate or motorised system is recommended; technical support is also available for this.
Standard colours are RAL 6005 Green, RAL 7016 Anthracite, and RAL 9005 Black. We recommend selecting the colour that matches your fence line. A custom RAL colour can also be applied on request.
