Each leaf is reinforced with a 40×60 mm steel frame and 8×6×8 heavy double panel. The 80×80×2.5 mm heavy posts keep the two-leaf system stable against wind and operational loading. Locinox centre lock and bottom bolt form two security points.

Profile Sourcing
The 80×80×2.5 mm post and 40×60×2 mm leaf profile are sourced to EN 10025 standard; dimensional and tensile strength tests are applied.

Leaf Frame
Both leaf frames are prepared to the required dimensions on CNC cutting and welding lines; corner joints are secured by full-penetration welding.

8×6×8 Panel Integration
The heavy 8×6×8 double panel is secured in each leaf frame using a flat-bar and clip system; panel alignment and aperture tolerance are checked.

Surface Pre-treatment
Acid pickling, phosphating, and chrome-free pre-coating are applied; ensuring powder paint adhesion quality and long service life.

Electrostatic Powder Coating
The gate is coated with electrostatic polyester powder paint in an oven at 180–200 °C; UV resistance and colour stability.

Locinox Installation & Testing
Locinox lock, handle, bottom bolt, and hinge are fitted; gate opening angle, lock function, and coating quality are inspected.

The Locinox hardware system manufactured from 316 stainless steel and glass fibre-reinforced polyamide is fully resistant to moisture, salt, and UV. The self-weight hinge ensures the gate returns to the correct position at every use; the lock operates manually or by cylinder from either direction.

Locinox Hardware System
Locinox is a Belgian professional gate hardware brand manufactured from 316 stainless steel or glass fibre-reinforced polyamide. In double-leaf gates, the combination of a centre lock, bottom bolt, and self-weight hinge ensures safe operation of the gate under every use condition. The lock system can be locked manually or by cylinder from either direction.
Width Options
A wide opening range from 2000 mm to 5000 mm meets every access need from vehicles to pedestrians:
- 2000–2500 mm: Standard vehicle entrance and wide pedestrian passage.
