The combination of a 40×60 mm steel leaf frame, 6×5×6 or 8×6×8 double panel infill, and Locinox lock+hinge creates a reliable access point for garden and pedestrian entrances. Medium or Pro type — choose according to your project's load requirements.

Production Process

Integrated production from raw material to quality control

  1. 01

    Profile Sourcing

    The 60×60×2 mm (Medium) or 80×80×3 mm (Pro) post profile and 40×60×2 mm leaf frame profile are sourced to EN 10025 standard.

  2. 02

    Leaf Frame

    The leaf frame is prepared to the required height on CNC cutting lines; corner joints are secured by full-penetration welding.

  3. 03

    Panel Integration

    The 6×5×6 or 8×6×8 double panel is secured inside the frame using a flat-bar and clip system; aperture tolerance and alignment are checked.

  4. 04

    Surface Pre-treatment

    Acid pickling, phosphating, and chrome-free pre-coating are applied; ensuring long-term powder paint adhesion.

  5. 05

    Electrostatic Powder Coating

    Electrostatic polyester powder coating is applied in an oven at 180–200 °C; UV resistance and colour stability.

  6. 06

    Locinox Installation & Testing

    Locinox lock, handle, and hinge are fitted; gate opening angle, lock function, and coating quality are inspected.

The gate is manufactured with the same powder paint colour family and the same panel infill as the 2D Double Panel Fence system. Aesthetic continuity is automatically achieved on site delivery when the gate is ordered to match the fence line height and colour.

The 2D Double Single-Leaf Gate is a single-leaf pedestrian and narrow vehicle access gate fully compatible with the 2D Double Panel Fence system. It is manufactured in a fixed 1000 mm width and offers 10 different height options from 600 mm to 2400 mm. It is available in two structural capacities: Medium and Pro.

Locinox Hardware System

Locinox locks and hinges are manufactured from 316 stainless steel or glass fibre-reinforced polyamide; fully resistant to outdoor moisture, salt, and UV conditions for years. On single-leaf gates, bi-directional lock operation and a self-weight hinge option are available.

Coating and System Compatibility

Galvanised + electrostatic polyester powder coating: RAL 6005 Green, RAL 7016 Anthracite, RAL 9005 Black, or custom RAL. Manufactured in the same colour and profile family as the 2D Double Panel Fence system; aesthetic continuity is ensured.
