Single Panel Infill, Sturdy Frame

A single panel of 4 mm wire with a 55×200 mm mesh, held by a 60×60×2 mm gate frame and a 40×40×1.5 mm channel profile. The polyester finish over galvanising protects against corrosion.

Production Process

Integrated production from raw material to quality control

  1. 01

    Profile Cutting

    Post, leaf and channel profiles are cut to size.

  2. 02

    Leaf Welding

    The leaf frame is welded and the gate panel is fitted into the frame.

  3. 03

    Galvanising

    The steel surface is protected against corrosion by galvanising.

  4. 04

    Polyester Coating

    The polyester coating is applied electrostatically and oven-cured, in black, anthracite, green or custom RAL.

  5. 05

    Inspection

    Leaves, posts and fittings are checked for dimensions and function.

The KN Single Panel gate has a single panel infill of 4 mm wire, a 60×60×2 mm gate frame and a 40×40×1.5 mm channel profile. The KN Pro Panel gate uses a double panel infill, an 80×80×2 mm gate frame and a 40×60×1.5 mm channel profile; KN Pro is reinforced for busy entrances.
Heights are 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800 and 2000 mm; widths are 1000, 1250 and 1500 mm.
With its single panel infill it is installed in line with panel fences, and the frame and infill suit the look of the fence.
The finish is polyester over galvanising. The standard colours are black, anthracite and green; custom RAL colours are also available.
