Single Leaf for Pedestrian Access

A single-leaf model at a fixed width of 1000 mm, produced in six heights from 1700 mm to 3010 mm. The strong 60×60×2 mm profile frame and the 4 mm Single panel infill with 55×200 mm apertures make a modern, durable pedestrian gate. The complete installation set includes base plate and post.

Production Process

Integrated production from raw material to quality control

    Profiles are cut and drilled on CNC machines

Double Leaf for Wide Openings

The double-leaf model closes wide vehicle and pedestrian crossings from 2000 mm to 6000 mm, with a symmetrical frame and a centre lock for secure closing. Because it uses the same profile and panel system, it stays visually consistent with the single-leaf model.

Detailed Description

The KN Single Panel Gate sets itself apart from other panel gate series through its use of a 55×200mm large-aperture Single panel, delivering a modern and open appearance. It is offered in two models: single leaf and double leaf.

Both models use a 60×60×2mm gate frame profile, a 40×40×1.5mm channel profile and a 30×20×1.5mm horizontal rail. Gate infill is a 4mm Single Panel with a 55×200mm mesh aperture. Six height options are available: 1700, 1900, 2000, 2010, 2510 and 3010mm.

The single leaf model has a fixed width of 1000mm; the double leaf model can be ordered in widths from 2000mm to 6000mm. Polyester coating over galvanising provides long-lasting outdoor durability.

A single-panel leaf is welded to a box-profile frame; hinges/rails, lock and closing hardware are fitted with care, then finished with galvanizing plus powder coating.

Both series use a 60×60×2 mm profile and a Single panel with 55×200 mm apertures. On the KN Single Panel the horizontal rail is 30×20×1.5 mm and heights reach 3010 mm. The structural profile sizes are the same; the difference lies mainly in the height range and the series naming.
Six heights are available: 1700, 1900, 2000, 2010, 2510 and 3010 mm.
