The KN Pro Single-Leaf Gate is a durable pedestrian gate manufactured at a fixed 1000mm width with a 60×60×2mm gate profile, 40×20×1.5mm horizontal profile, 4mm Single 55×200mm mesh panel, and polyester coating over a galvanised substrate.

Strong Profile, Wide-Aperture Panel
A solid frame of 60×60×2 mm gate profile and 40×40×1.5 mm channel profile, completed with a 4 mm Single panel infill at 55×200 mm apertures. Compared with the standard KN series, the thicker profile and larger aperture give the gate a lighter look while keeping it durable. The polyester coating over galvanising adds a second layer of protection outdoors.

The KN Pro Single-Leaf Gate is a reinforced single-leaf gate system that combines long service life with security and aesthetics under intensive-use conditions. It is manufactured at a fixed 1000mm width in six height options from 1000mm to 2000mm.
The 60×60×2mm gate profile and 40×40×1.5mm channel profile provide high rigidity to the frame. A 40×20×1.5mm horizontal profile support further enhances leaf stability. The gate infill is a 4mm-thick Single panel with a 55×200mm mesh aperture; this construction offers an open, unobstructed appearance with a larger mesh aperture than the standard KN series whilst maintaining an adequate level of security.
Polyester coating over a galvanised substrate gives the surface dual-layer protection against moisture, rust, and UV exposure. Because it shares the same profile system as the KN Pro Double-Leaf model, the two can be used together to achieve a fully consistent aesthetic.

KN Pro Single-Leaf Gate Manufacturer
KN Pro Single-Leaf Gate is manufactured directly by Konak Tel Çit at its factory in Aksaray; not outsourced, but produced in house from start to finish. A single panel leaf is welded to a reinforced frame; hinges/rails, lock and closing hardware are fitted with care, then finished with galvanizing plus powder coating.
Quality assurance: production certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and CE; every batch is checked for weld strength, mechanism and coating.
