Heavy-duty profile double-leaf gate for wide openings of 2000–6000mm
The KN Pro Double-Leaf Gate is a robust double-leaf gate system manufactured with a 60×60×2mm gate profile, 4mm Single 55×200mm mesh panel, and polyester coating over a galvanised substrate, covering wide vehicle-access openings from 2000mm to 6000mm.

Strong Double Leaf for Wide Openings
A 60×60×2 mm gate profile combined with a 40×40×1.5 mm channel profile forms a frame that closes openings up to 6000 mm without sagging. The 4 mm Single panel with 55×200 mm apertures brings appearance and security together, and the polyester coating over galvanising protects the gate outdoors over the long term.

The KN Pro Double-Leaf Gate is a heavy-duty gate system designed to securely close wide openings, from factory vehicle entrances to the main gates of residential housing estates.
The robust frame formed by the 60×60×2mm gate profile and 40×40×1.5mm channel profile is reinforced with a 30×20×1.5mm horizontal profile. The gate infill is a 4mm-thick Single panel with a 55×200mm mesh aperture, providing both an attractive appearance and an adequate level of security.
Width options, customisable from 2000mm to 6000mm, allow it to accommodate vehicle access of any scale. Six height options are available: 1000, 1200, 1500, 1700, 1900, and 2000mm. Polyester coating over a galvanised substrate delivers long-lasting durability against outdoor weathering conditions.

KN Pro Double-Leaf Gate Manufacturer
KN Pro Double-Leaf Gate is manufactured directly by Konak Tel Çit at its factory in Aksaray; not outsourced, but produced in house from start to finish. Two panel leaves are welded to a reinforced frame; hinges/rails, lock and closing hardware are fitted with care, then finished with galvanizing plus powder coating.
Quality assurance: production certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and CE; every batch is checked for weld strength, mechanism and coating.
