Detailed Description

The KN Panel Single-Leaf Gate combines aesthetics and security for all types of pedestrian access, from residential gardens to commercial premises. Fixed at 1000mm width, it can be specified in five heights (1000, 1200, 1500, 1700, and 2000mm) to suit any application.

The Medium Type model features a 50×50×1.5mm square post and Ø4mm Single KN panel wire, making it the ideal economical solution. KN Type hinges ensure long service life.

The Pro Type model is built with a reinforced 80×80×3mm square post and Ø5mm Single KN panel wire, designed for high-traffic and intensive-use locations. KN Pro Type hinges deliver additional durability.

Both models include a lock and ergonomic handle as standard. An electrostatic powder coating applied over a hot-dip galvanised substrate provides long-term protection against corrosion.

KN Panel Single-Leaf Gate is manufactured directly by Konak Tel Çit at its factory in Aksaray; not outsourced, but produced in house from start to finish. A single panel leaf is welded to a box-profile frame; hinges/rails, lock and closing hardware are fitted with care, then finished with galvanizing plus powder coating.

Quality assurance: production certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and CE; every batch is checked for weld strength, mechanism and coating.

The Medium model uses a 50×50×1.5 mm post with Ø4 mm panel wire, while the Pro model has a reinforced 80×80×3 mm post and Ø5 mm panel wire for a more robust build. The hinge class differs accordingly (KN Type and KN Pro).
Standard heights for both models are 1000, 1200, 1500, 1700 and 2000 mm. All models are produced at a fixed width of 1000 mm.
The standard model is supplied with a lock. Electric locks or motor integration are reviewed on request; if you let us know beforehand, the necessary preparation is carried out.
RAL 6005 Green, RAL 7016 Anthracite and RAL 9005 Black are available as standard. Custom RAL colours can be ordered.
