The KN Panel Double-Leaf Gate is a fully equipped double-leaf gate system covering openings from 2000mm to 5000mm, with KN hinges and a lock-and-handle set included as standard. It is available in Medium and Pro structural variants.

Double-Leaf System for Wide Openings
With its two-leaf design, the KN Panel Double-Leaf Gate closes openings from 2000 mm to 5000 mm for both vehicle and pedestrian access. The symmetrical profile keeps the appearance consistent with the panel fence system. Lock and handle are included as standard.

The KN Panel Double-Leaf Gate is a robustly constructed double-leaf gate system designed for vehicle access and wide-area entrances. It accommodates a range of opening widths from 2000mm to 5000mm, making it suitable for facilities of any scale. Height options of 1000, 1200, 1500, 1700, and 2000mm are available.
The Medium Type model combines a 60×60×1.5mm post with a 50×50×1.5mm leaf profile, Ø4mm Single KN panel wire, and KN Type hinges for a reliable and economical solution.
The Pro Type model features a reinforced post option of either 60×60×1.5mm or 80×80×2.5mm, a 60×60×1.5mm leaf profile, and Ø5mm Single KN panel wire, engineered for heavier loads and high-traffic conditions. KN Pro Type hinges provide additional durability.
Both models include a lock and ergonomic handle as standard. An electrostatic powder coating applied over a hot-dip galvanised substrate produces a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant surface finish.

KN Panel Double-Leaf Gate Manufacturer
KN Panel Double-Leaf Gate is manufactured directly by Konak Tel Çit at its factory in Aksaray; not outsourced, but produced in house from start to finish. Two panel leaves are welded to a box-profile frame; hinges/rails, lock and closing hardware are fitted with care, then finished with galvanizing plus powder coating.
Quality assurance: production certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and CE; every batch is checked for weld strength, mechanism and coating.
