Spot-welded wire panels seated in concrete feet require no intervention to the ground. On road construction sites or large project sites, panels are positioned quickly, then dismantled and relocated as work progresses. The green powder-coated option keeps the site tidy and clearly defined.

Tube & Wire Procurement
Ø42 mm steel post tubes and spot-welded wire or pipe/flat-bar infill materials are sourced to EN 10025 standard; dimensional and strength tests are applied at goods-in inspection.

Frame Forming
Ø42 mm tubes are formed into panel frames on CNC cutting and bending lines; corner joints are fixed by welding or mechanical connection.

Infill Assembly & Welding
Spot-welded wire or pipe/flat-bar infill is integrated into the frame by spot welding or a clip system; dimensional tolerance and infill alignment are verified.

Galvanising or Powder Coating
For the galvanised option, hot-dip or electro-galvanising is applied. For the powder-coated option, electrostatic coating produces a UV-resistant, colour-stable surface.

Foot Production
Concrete feet are cast and cured in standard moulds. Metal hook feet are CNC-cut and formed from steel sheet; both foot types receive a galvanised coating.

Quality Control & Packaging
Panel dimensions, connector compatibility, coating thickness, and foot stability are inspected; panels and feet are packaged together and dispatched as ready-to-use sets.

What Is Mobile Panel Fence?
Mobile panel fence is a portable fencing system supported on concrete or metal feet, requiring no ground-driving or concrete foundation. Each panel consists of spot-welded wire or pipe/flat-bar infill framed by Ø42 mm galvanised tube posts. Panels are linked to one another with hook or clip connectors to create a perimeter of any length, then dismantled just as easily and relocated to a new position.
Two Panel Types
- Spot-Welded Wire Panel: Ø42 mm post tube, spot-welded wire infill, standard concrete foot. Height 1.50–2.00 m · Width 1.50–2.00 m. Preferred for construction sites, roadworks, and temporary area security.
- Pipe / Flat-Bar Panel: Ø42 mm post tube, horizontal pipe or flat-bar infill. Height 1.00–1.50 m · Width 2.00–2.50 m. Used for event perimeter fencing, crowd management, and light partitioning.
Foot Options
- Standard Concrete Foot: Heavy concrete block base; high stability against wind and impact.
- Metal Hook Foot: Lightweight steel hook foot for rapid transport and installation.
Coating Options
- Galvanised: Long-lasting, maintenance-free, resistant to all weather conditions.
