Strengthening Our Production Line: the IDEAL GAM 830 Panel Welding System
To raise panel-fence output and quality at our main factory in Aksaray, Konak Tel Çit has commissioned the IDEAL GAM 830 automatic panel welding line from Germany's IDEAL-Werk — producing 2D, 3D and 358 panels on a single line at up to 200 strokes per minute with medium-frequency welding precision.
Konak Tel Çit is taking panel-fence manufacturing at its Aksaray Organized Industrial Zone plant to the next level. The IDEAL GAM 830 automatic mesh/panel welding line — built by IDEAL-Werk, one of the world''s leading wire-processing and welding machine makers in Germany — is now part of our production floor.
What the IDEAL GAM 830 produces
The GAM 830 is a versatile welding system that covers a wide range of perimeter-security products on a single line:
- 2D double panel fence and 3D panel fence
- 358 high-security fence
- Industrial mesh, grating and machine-protection cages
- Single- and double-wire panel combinations
Technical capacity
- Wire diameter: Ø2–10 mm
- Portal (working) width: up to 3,100 mm
- Line-wire length: 250–4,000 mm
- Cross-wire length: 200–3,100 mm
- Welding-cylinder force: up to 8 kN (adjustable 3.5 / 7 kN)
- Output: up to 200 strokes per minute (depending on pitch and wire Ø)
- Welding current: 150 kA per transformer
Medium-frequency welding technology
Depending on the task, the GAM 830 welds with alternating current (AC), direct current (DC) or medium-frequency (1,000 Hz) technology. Because the current is concentrated at each crossing point, the result is flat, distortion-free panels with tight dimensional accuracy — which means faster, cleaner installation.
