Steel Wire
The panels use steel wire with a carbon content chosen for high impact resistance during drawing and no cracking when bent.

Double Panel Welding
Twin horizontal wires and a vertical wire between them are welded in a 6×5×6 or 8×6×8 mm arrangement.

Galvanising
A zinc layer protects the steel. Even if the surface is scratched, the zinc corrodes first and keeps protecting the steel.

Nano Coating
A nano coating fills the microscopic pores of the galvanised surface and strengthens paint adhesion.

Electrostatic Powder Coating
Polyester powder is applied with an electrostatic charge and cured at high temperature, leaving a pore-free finish in black, anthracite, green or a custom RAL colour.

What Is a Gabion Panel Fence?

A gabion panel fence is a perimeter fence made of two double wire panels with natural stone packed between them. The stone gives the fence mass and a natural finish, while the panel system keeps the line straight and rigid. It sits comfortably in natural landscapes and in contemporary architecture alike.

It differs from a traditional gabion wall in how it is built. A gabion wall is made by stacking wire baskets filled with stone. A gabion panel fence goes up like any panel fence line, with the panels fixed to posts.

Coating

The panel surface is protected in three layers. A zinc (galvanised) layer guards the steel against corrosion. A nano coating applied to the galvanised surface fills its microscopic pores and improves paint adhesion. The outer layer is a polyester powder coat, applied electrostatically and cured at high temperature. Together, the layers give the fence long-lasting resistance to rust, corrosion and harsh outdoor conditions.

Stone Fill

The fill is natural stone. Rounded river stone or angular crushed stone can be chosen to suit the look you want. The stones must be larger than the panel mesh aperture so they cannot fall through.
