Polyethylene grass fibres are densely bonded to the wire mesh surface. The result: the appearance of a vibrant green hedge all year round, with no watering or mowing required.

    Wire Procurement

    Double-twist 2×Ø1.60 mm galvanised wire is sourced from accredited suppliers to EN 10244 standard.

  2. 02

    Galvanising

    The wire base is electro-galvanised to protect against corrosion.

  3. 03

    Diamond Mesh Weaving

    Double-twist wires are formed into a diamond-pattern mesh structure on CNC weaving lines; aperture spacing of 40×40 mm for KN PRO and 50×50 mm for KN MEDIUM is achieved.

  4. 04

    Synthetic Grass Coating

    UV-protected polyethylene grass fibres are densely bonded to the wire mesh surface; quality control is applied to ensure uniform distribution and secure adhesion.

    Quality Control & Coiling

    Every roll is tested for uniform grass density, colour consistency, and dimensional accuracy; coiled to a standard 10 m length.

Grass fence is a decorative and functional fencing system produced by applying UV-protected synthetic grass over a galvanised double-twist wire mesh base. It delivers the aesthetic effect of a living hedge with zero watering and zero mowing cost. The product is supplied in 10 m rolls that install quickly on site; it is tensioned over standard posts and secured with clamps.

KN PRO has a mesh aperture of 40×40 mm and KN MEDIUM 50×50 mm. The smaller aperture provides complete privacy and higher wind resistance; KN PRO is suited to dense urban environments, poolside settings, and areas requiring maximum concealment. KN MEDIUM is preferred where air circulation matters; gardens, schools, and sports facilities.
The grass fibres are manufactured from UV-protected polyethylene. Colour stability is maintained for 5–7 years even under intense sun exposure, with no perceptible fading during this period. The UV stability of the black colour option is even higher.
No. No watering, mowing, fertilising, or treatment is required. A light rinse with water once a year keeps the surface clean. Snow or ice accumulation causes no physical damage.
1000 mm for garden parapet and low boundary applications; 1200–1500 mm for private villa gardens, terraces, and poolside; 2000 mm is recommended where complete privacy is required. Contact our team for a site-specific assessment.
The diamond mesh base allows some wind to pass through, which reduces wind loading compared with solid surfaces. KN PRO, with its denser mesh, takes more direct wind pressure; in severely exposed locations we recommend posts at 1500–2000 mm centres.
Standard metal or concrete posts are fixed to the ground at 2000 mm centres. The roll is tensioned along the posts and secured with clamps or wire ties. A 10 m roll is easily handled and installed by two people; no specialist equipment is required.
A single roll can be ordered from stock. Pallet pricing applies for project orders and export shipments; share your quantity for a same-day quotation.
